Cryptocurrency for Accountants

Course Description:

In this course, you will learn about what amounts are taxable transactions with cryptocurrency. We explain under what circumstances the IRS treats cryptocurrency transactions as capital gains or ordinary income. We will perform a thorough examination of IRS notice 2014-21. We will briefly cover how mining cryptocurrency is taxed and cover the reporting requirements.
