Open Index Protocol: A real life Government Blockchain Use Case (San Diego, CA, USA)
February 27 @ 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm UTC-5Free
Part of Devon and Amy’s presentation will discuss the Wyoming’s Teton County Clerk’s Office in progress use case for Land Title Records.
OIP is the first permissionless system with a decentralized and transparent index for digital content and protected file persistence.
Open Index Protocol (OIP) is an open source specification for a persistent worldwide index and file library useful for data publishing, file distribution and facilitating direct payments. OIP uses blockchain technology and distributed networking to operate with no central authority: record indexing, file storage/distribution and transaction management are carried out collectively by the decentralized network.
The Open Index Protocol is also a technology with consumer protection in mind.
That is also why Devon and Amy attended meetings and provided input for the Wyoming Blockchain Taskforce and currently for California’s legislative endeavors involving the California Blockchain Working Group. https://www.govops.ca.gov/blockchain/
We will be inviting local elected officials and their staff.
