GBA’s Fall 2019 Symposium: The Future of Money, Governance, & the Law (on-site & virtual)

September 14 @ 9:00 am - September 15 @ 5:00 pm UTC-5

The George Mason University Schar School of Policy and Government, along with the Criminal Investigations and Network Analysis (CINA) Center, (one of the DHS Centers of Excellence funded by the DHS Science and Technology Directorate), and the Government Blockchain Association (GBA), are pleased to bring you an interdisciplinary perspective on blockchain technology and the future of money, governance and the law.  Come join over 300 government, industry and academic leaders on the Arlington Campus of George Mason University.

For two full days, we will examine the future of money, governance, and the law. Government, industry and academic leaders will explore where the global financial and economic systems are going. The fall 2019 symposium will cover topics about how the emergence and adoption of digital currencies, tokens, and related technologies impact our public and private institutions.

Moreover, our speakers will explore how technology – including cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and AI – are impacting the public and private sector.
