FOUNDATION FOR INTERNATIONAL BLOCKCHAIN & REAL ESTATE EXPERTISE (FIBREE) AND THE GOVERNMENT BLOCKCHAIN ASSOCIATION (GBA) ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP

On behalf of both FIBREE and GBA’s Land Titling Working Group — non-profit associations with synergistic goals — I am pleased to announce that an official collaboration was formed on December 1st. With GBA’s 60+ global chapters and FIBREE’s international expansion, we are now part of a global community that is changing the world, block-by-block

The Government Blockchain Association is a non-profit membership organization based in Fairfax, Virginia, USA that consists of individuals and organizations that are committed to helping government and public sector people and organizations understand, implement and benefit from Blockchain related technologies and capabilities. This is accomplished by making Blockchain related resources available to government and public sector consumers.

The GBA Land Titling Working Group explores blockchain technologies to address land titling and land registry processes around the world. It’s initiatives include developing platforms with strategies and tactics for outreach to worldwide government institutions on federal, state and municipal levels to 1) educate, 2) recommend and 3) assist with the implementation of blockchain solutions in their respective jurisdictions.

FIBREE is the leading international network for exchanging knowledge between the real estate industry, the IT sector and blockchain technology. Its mission is to find and connect experts, stakeholders and participants. It is a non-profit membership organization having its registered office in the Netherlands.

FIBREE is a young organization organized in August 2018. It started with eight locations: Vienna, Graz, Amsterdam, Milano, Ljubljana, Zagreb, Zug, Berlin. It has doubled this number by adding: Tiblis, Tel Aviv, New York, Seattle, Chicago, Bangalore, Groningen, Stuttgart. Currently FIBREE is talking to additional potential regional chapters in: Taipeh, London, Barcelona, Brussels, Dubai, San Antonio, Nairobi, Riga, Frankfurt, The Hagues, and Queensland. This growth puts FIBREE ahead of its goal to reach 20 locations by the end of 2018.

Membership is currently free. FRIBEE and its chapters are supported by corporate sponsorships.

Purpose. The GBA Land Titling Working Group and FIBREE will collaborate in the global promotion of blockchain adoption in the real estate industry through education and base of networking professionals.

The collaboration will support each other in organizing global real estate events and regional publicity connecting people with a passion for blockchain technologies and real estate.

Location-Location-Location
