GBA at the 21st World Land Registration Congress in Columbia

The GBA Land Titling Group has grown to 22 members from six countries:  Estonia, Lithuania, U.S., Canada, Cameroon, and Dubai.  The group is gaining international prominence.  In April, WG Member, Ingmar Vali of Estonia for his presentation at the 21st World Land Registration Congress IPRA CINDER 2018 in Columbia last April.  Ingmar’s presentation “Blockchain  –  Must Or Nice To Have?  The Case of Land Registry of Estonia” was well received at the sold-out event in front of a  crowd of 670 attendees. Ingmar is  Head of the Court Registrar Department, Gov’t. of Estonia and is a member of the Government Blockchain Association’s Land Titling Working Group.
