Mr. Rice, Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of CornerStone IT, has spent the last 35+ years as an information technology architect and leader for Commercial, DoD and Federal lines of business. For more than three decades, he engineered specialized hardware devices, developed operating systems, communications protocols and enterprise-wide solutions in support of the business line portfolio. As a contractor to the GSA, the government looked to Mr. Rice to support 3 Presidential Transition Teams in engineering enterprise IT solutions and customer support processes. Mr. Rice continues to influence standards in the implementation and integration of emerging technologies across the federal landscape.
