Mr. Dache is the Founder and Executive Director of the Government Blockchain Association (GBA). He started the organization in 2016 and has built an organization with over 15,000 members in 120 cities around the world. He has started over 50 blockchain working groups and has supported public and private sector organizations in Africa, the Americas, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. His prior experience includes training, consulting, and assessing information technology organizations in virtually every industry. His prior industry experience includes telecom and government contracting and he has 13 years of military experience as an officer and enlisted in both Infantry and Intelligence. Mr. Dache helped the first organization in the United States become an ISO-9000 Registrar/Certification Body. He was a CMMI High Maturity Lead Appraiser and has held numerous accreditations and certifications. Today he spends most of his time leading a global organization and supporting organizational members in their pursuit of blockchain based solutions to public sector challenges.
